Our Mission
Dr. Michelle Deusterman, Ed.D., is an educator, leader, and author who has dedicated her career to advancing learning and sparking creativity. With a doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction, she combines academic expertise with real-world teaching, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Her journey spans multiple roles: teaching Social Studies to 6th graders at Stride K12, designing inclusive DEI policies for organizations, publishing children’s books, and developing screenplays that blend imagination with faith and resilience.
Dr. Michelle believes curriculum is more than a plan—it’s a promise. Whether through writing, leadership, or mentorship, her mission is to help others grow, adapt, and thrive.
